Company

Sonergy Group, Inc. was incorporated in Florida on March 29, 2001, with a focus on fuel supply and energy trading. It is headquartered in Lake Worth, Florida.

Leadership

Led by industry veterans in energy trading, commodity supply chains and international logistics, and guided by transparency, reliability and long-term partnership.

Operations

Sonergy works across North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. Fuel moves through hubs in Houston, Rotterdam and Fujairah, with logistics support in West Africa and regional distribution and storage in South America. Rice, grains and beans are sourced from India, South America and Africa, and packaged foods reach supermarket shelves in the U.S., the Middle East and Africa.

Our history

From Florida to six continents

Sonergy began as a fuel supply company. Over time, it expanded into agricultural commodities, mining, packaged foods and renewable energy, while keeping fuel as its core strength.

  1. 2001

    Incorporated in Florida

    Incorporated on March 29, 2001, focused on fuel supply and energy trading.

  2. 2001–present

    Refinery and terminal partnerships

    Partnerships with refineries and fuel terminals in Houston, Rotterdam and Fujairah built a reputation in diesel, gasoline, Jet A1 and marine fuel.

  3. 2010–present

    Agricultural commodities and mining

    Expanded into rice, wheat and beans from South America, India and Africa, and began mining projects from exploration to production.

  4. 2015–present

    Magson Foods launched

    Launched Magson Foods, bringing premium packaged grains to supermarket shelves.

  5. 2020–present

    Commercial and industrial solar

    Diversified into solar for commercial and industrial clients. Fuel remains the core strength.
